Private Event Amenities

-The River's Duck can accomodate approximately 200 guests for outdoor events.

-Sites are available for large tents.

-An outdoor bar and gazebo are available.

-Two (2) bathrooms (not portable). If attendance is more than 150 people, it is the responsibility of the client to supply sufficient number of portables.

-Ample on-site parking is available.

-Available May thru October.

-Garden and reception facilities are available between 10:00am and 7:30pm.

-All amplified music must be off by 7:30pm.

-Overtime is allowed and charged at $125.00/hr.

-All events must be catered by licensed caterer.

-Caterers must remove all catering equipment following the event.

-No rice, birdseed or confetti may be used.

-A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required to secure your date. Balance is due one month (30 days) prior to event. If event is cancelled prior to six months of the date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded within ten (10) days.
